COMING SOON - Tanzania 2010

Hello to all my Friends around the the world. It has been a long and difficult journey but worth while. In 2008 i traveled to Tanzania -Africa for 5 weeks and was amazed, so this past year 2009 i returned to the exact same place to the same people for a duration of 4 months and my life will never be the same.

It was amazing how appreciative people were when you spend a month with them trying to help but when you return to them again for some months they were impressed. So with that being said my plans are to return to them once more for a duration of 6months. Many people ask why for so long and i tell them this. The money i manage to bring with me ( as little as it is) goes very far in a region of the world such as Tanzania but the love that i share with them and the effort i put into everything i attempt to do with and for them lasts a life time so much as they consider me not only a friend but as a member of their family and a part of their community forever. to me that is powerful and my only response to them is thank you and see you again soon.

Please understand that this is not as easy as you might think. I typically work 2 or 3 jobs for a low wage working 70-90 hours per week just to be able to save the money needed to buy a round trip plane ticket($2200.00) also to save money to live off of for food and housing and transport and visas and shots and all the other little things that add up. But most importantly to save the money needed to help buy food for 60 or more orphans and help pay their medical costs( because they all need some serious attention)as well as help support widows living with HIV because the family of their dead husband has kicked them out of her own home because they blame her for the death of their son when in fact in most cases it was he who brought the HIV into the family. Also to help give love and spiritual guidance with the use of a English/Swahili bible - cost $4.00 but it goes so much further than that.

The cost to pay school fees for and orphaned child approx. $100.00 per year, but with out this support these children would not receive an education at all, in fact they would be working in the fields or running in the streets perhaps selling themselves for sex in order to feed their siblings.its sad and the more you look the sadder it gets.

Many people think that I perhaps do this through a church, I don't. Or, perhaps the Peace Core, I don't. They assume i do this through some organization and they are correct, my organization, that i started because i wanted to do something about the problems i have witnessed. They cannot understand that i do this all alone and independently with financial support from nobody whatsoever except a small amount donated by my family.

I realize i cannot solve all the problems of the world, but i can start to do something about the situation that some of these people are living in. Why do i do this people ask- i tell them because i can and more importantly because its the right thing to do . I started this organization on a desire to make a difference and i have and i will continue to do so, but i need your help in order to reach more people all living life with the same struggles and suffering. I have a blessed life but that blessing means nothing if i don't share myself with every living being on this Earth.

So, please look deep into this site and explore with in your self what you feel is right and how you think you can make a difference if in only one person's life even if that life is your own.
